We’re committed to protecting your data. It is our policy, intent, and plan to protect you and your privacy in the course of our work. Along those lines, we do not sell, rent, lease, or trade email lists with any other entities for profit or marketing purposes.

1.1 Email Correspondence
If you choose to contact us via a contact form or email address we will receive your name, email address, and optionally, your phone number. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. Emails are stored indefinitely or until request for deletion.

1.2 Competition Entry
When entering the Piazzolla Music Competition, you will be asked to provide Personal Information, such as, your name, billing address, email address, and credit card details. This information is used to: process payments and prevent fraud, send a confirmation email of your submission, contact you if we have trouble processing your submission, and to comply with legal obligations.

All transactions made through the Website are processed through PayPal. We do not process or store credit card information on our Website server. Information required to process the payment, including billing information, will be transferred to PayPal. The PayPal Privacy Policy can be viewed here.

1.3 Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze Website traffic information such as the browser type, referring site, pages visited, and the date of each visit. We use this information to find out how much traffic the Website is receiving and to learn what content is most popular. This information helps us improve the Website and monitor performance.
